Activity Short Description:
For as long as needed and as requested by my Chemistry teacher, I will be organizing the school lab into sections digitally into Excel with the help of some of my classmates.
Personal Goal for the Activity:
With this activity, I hope to properly organize the lab so that it can be more efficiently used in the future. I will know if I have completed this objective if my Chemistry teacher thanks me and if the new system is useful in the future.

This is an activity that has never before been carried out, and I needed to get many permissions to start this activity. Apart from that, I also had to plan the process and convince classmates to join me with the activity.
Reflection
I am eager to start the activity, since organizing the school lab is urgent at this time. When doing experiments, it is very difficult to get the materials needed because no one knows where they exactly are. This is a great waste of time, and even though it sounds like all this is false, this is the reality.
In order to properly organize the lab, I got help from six of my classmates and my Chemistry teacher. We intensely worked for four long hours. Before starting with the organizing, we thought the best way to label where the materials are is to write it in an Excel Sheet. The lab is already separated into little compartments called "labs" and we only had to identify the materials, count how many of each there are, and write it down in the sheet.
Each of us were assigned with two labs, and we started to write down the materials. Sometimes, we did not know the complete names so we asked our teacher. This activity may seem fairly simple, but no one can imagine how many different objects there are in the lab; and additionaly, there might be hundreds of each object.
After four long hours of identifying, counting, and typing, we ended the activity and were thanked by the teacher for the hard and smart work. From now on, we will not lose time when looking for things in the lab. With this activity, I have learnt to be perserverant and to work in a team.
