Activity Short Description:
I will be helping the school in the 50th Anniversary event called "Christmas Concert". I will be in charge of managing the seating of the guests watching the show and directing the performing students to their designated seats.
Personal Goal for the Activity:
With this activity, I hope to help the schools as much as I can in such a special event. I will know I have achieved the desired if I am thanked by my work.

This activity will take place outside the school hours, and I will have to work for 4 straight hours, showing my commitment and perserverance in CAS experiences.
Reflection
I am very excited to be at the school's special Christmas concert. This year, as a celebration of the school's 50th anniversary, it will take place in a very famous and big conference room in the capital of the province. This event has been planned for a while now, and everyone is expecting an amazing performance.
The Christmas Concert consists of Lower School student going to the stage and showing their talents. In order for the event to work as expected, my role will be to guide spectators and the students on where to sit.
After an hour waiting for the events to be set up, the first parents came in the room, and I told where they could sit. The first two rows of the room where reserved for the Lower School kid so that they could sit after their appearance on stage. Apart from this, I also made sure that there were no empty seats between the people. The room was packed, and all the spectators fit due to my job. Although my role has not been that crucial, I has served the school to make an unrepeatable Christmas Christmas Concert. I have realized that hard work and the little details make the differeces between regular and amazing events.
The concert has been a great success and I am very proud to have been part of it. I am willing to help again next year as it has been a wonderful experience.
